If your desired appointment time is unavailable, please call or text us at 607-431-3491, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please consider that you will need extra time per appointment to review the procedure, aftercare, preparation, and other details. Please schedule your appointment accordingly.

You can opt to pay in full when scheduling your visit, pay a deposit towards your visit, or pay your balance at the time of your appointment. Regardless, a valid card on file will be saved.

We understand life can be unexpected, so we allow a 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling period.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Appointments rescheduled same day will result in a 50% charge for the service(s) you were scheduled for, which will include your deposit if one was made. No-call, No-Show appointments will result in a 100% charge for the service(s) you were scheduled for, including your deposit if one was made. No Call, No Show appointments will ONLY be rescheduled when the desired appointment time is paid in full at the time of booking. No Call No Show more than 2 times, and you will be blocked from making future appointments.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to do any paperwork if you are a new client. If you are running late to your appointment, please call or text and I will do my best to accommodate. 15 minute grace period is allowed.

The age of 14 is the earliest age allowed for whitening treatments. Clientele is accepted with parent/guardian signature and being present the entire duration of the treatment/service, inside the studio. Please schedule your appointment accordingly.
